This early morning session is open to 16 participants and fills up
quickly. Expect a lot of fun energy and camaraderie in this
session. Come with your smile and ready work hard, getting your day
started off on the right foot!
Our Strength and conditioning
sessions are the ultimate way to train inside of our facility. We are
going to teach you all of the elements that you need to properly train for long
term success.
In this
session, we will balance strength training and full-body conditioning to leave
you feeling highly challenged, and energized for the rest of your day.
Strength Training will help you build full body, coordinated strength.
The kind of strength you need to WIN your day.
Conditioning will help you improve your full-body fitness level, increasing
your capacity to do more and at the same time making your normal, everyday
activities feel like a breeze.
In this training session you will learn proper progressions
for your current fitness level, while we also coach you on the proper way to
push yourself.
Rarely, is it about how many repetitions you can do or how much weight you 'should' be using. It's about finding the proper pace, balance, coordination, confidence, and understanding of what you are doing. Once you achieve these things, that is when we will coach you to really push your fitness to the next level.
All participants will be taken through a well-rounded dynamic warm-up to help you mentally and physically prepare for the workout ahead. Come prepared to work hard and have a lot of fun!
