TRIAL Program $75 • 3 visits per Week for 2 weeks •

WELCOME!

We are so excited to welcome you to our Group Training Program in Brunswick, Maine!

Here is what you will get:

  • 2-week access to our group training program, 3 training sessions per week - you will have access to all of the 50+ sessions that we offer on a weekly basis - register for any THREE sessions within your 2-week trial that works best for your schedule.

  • A one-on-one Orientation session with us to set you up for success in the program.

  • Access to a Goal Setting Workshop to help you discover the secret to achieving anything you ever wanted

  • Nutrition support to accelerate your results

Here is how the TRIAL will work:

  • Once you #addtocart we will contact you within 8 business hours to welcome you to the program.

  • You will receive a booking link to schedule your orientation session, which is an important step to setting you up for success in your trial with us.

  • After your Orientation Session it is off to the races and will be able to attend any three of our group training sessions each week – just enroll an hour in advance for most training sessions and our trainer team will take great care of you!

  • We will send you emails letting you know what to expect and prepare you for success throughout your TRIAL experience.

  • Your TRIAL period will start after your Orientation Session. If you want to start on a different date - that's no problem - we can talk it over in your Orientation Session.

If you feel that a little extra support and accountability will help set you up for success then this opportunity to join us for our next KickStart program is just for you!

The KickStart program creates an extra focus on healthy nutrition habits, staying hydrated, getting good sleep, committing to the recovery process before and after your training sessions, and nurturing a healthy mindset. Through daily emails, Weekly Zoom Check-ins, and connecting with other people who are just embarking on their health & fitness journey through this program you will have all of the support, motivation and camaraderie that you need to give you that extra boost.

Increasing your focus on these habits will help you gain even more energy and help you create focus so that you can be more consistent in all of your wellness routines.

2024 KickStart Program $340 • 12 visits • The KickStart Program is a 4-week program that is designed to help you form healthy habits that you can sustain for a lifetime. The program includes 13 personal training sessions in a group setting, a complete 4-week meal plan with grocery lists, recipes, and all the tools you need to set you up for success.
