As they say, the Early Bird gets the worm! This early morning session is open to 16 participants and fills up quickly. Expect a lot of fun energy and camaraderie in this session. Come with your smile and ready work hard, getting your day started off on the right foot!
Our Strength Training Sessions are all about strengthening the entire body to move as one. Our bodies are highly connected and building coordinated strength to allow you to do all of the activities you love to do is a big challenge.
In this session, we will teach you and. your body to become strong while you are moving. Some keys to our strength training program is to teach you proper footwork, how to maximize your core strength, and build and incredibly stable posture. With these fundamentals of strength we will layer in full body movements that will prime you for everyday life and any adventure you choose to do.
This session is for all levels and anyone looking to safely add serious overall strength. All participants will be taken through a well rounded dynamic warm-up in preparation of the strength movements. This session is a client favorite!!
