Burpees for Turkeys Extravaganza Workout

This will be a fun, community training Strength & Conditioning Training Session to get us warmed up for our Annual Burpees for Turkeys Fundraiser. We hope that you'll stick around to cheer us on, heckle us, or even help us do some of the thousands of burpees that we will be completing on this day....all to support the fight against food insecurity.
