It's not unusual to want to build consistency in one's training program before feeling ready to double down on your nutritional habits. Now that you have built momentum in your training program it's a good time to put a little more focus on implementing those healthy habits into your day to day life. If you feel that a little extra support and accountability will help set you up for success then this opportunity to join us for our next KickStart program is just for you!

The KickStart program creates an extra focus on healthy nutrition habits, staying hydrated, getting good sleep, committing to the recovery process before and after your training sessions, and nurturing a healthy mindset. Through daily emails, Weekly Zoom Check-ins, and connecting with other people who are just embarking on their health & fitness journey through this program you will have all of the support, motivation and camaraderie that you need to give you that extra boost.

Increasing your focus on these habits will help you gain even more energy and help you create focus so that you can be more consistent in all of your wellness routines.

Our next KickStart Program kicks off on Saturday, February 18th. This will be the FIRST training session for our NEW KickStart participants and an opportunity for them to get familiar with the gym, get to know the trainer team, and get a sense for how the training sessions flow. We will also spend some extra time reviewing best practices for foam rolling (SMR) and the Pre-Training Activation Sequence. We invite you to join us for this EXTRA training session which will NOT be docked against your regular weekly sessions.

Success Sessions: Week of February 12th. This is a great opportunity to revisit your goals, review the many tools and resources at your disposal to help set you up for success, and create a solid action plan for the next 4 weeks. You will receive an email with a booking link to schedule this 30 minute ZOOM based meeting.

Program runs from Saturday, February 18th through Saturday, March 18th.

Momentum Sessions: Week of March 12th. This 30min ZOOM based meeting will provide you with an opportunity to reflect upon the past 4-weeks, what you have learned and how you have implemented new strategies and habits in your day to day life. It's also an opportunity to create a plan to maintain the momentum that you gained during this program going forward.
