2024 KickStart Program

Welcome! The next KickStart Session kicks off on: May 18th, 2024

Throughout your KickStart experience, you will receive a ton of support, encouragement, and motivation from us on a daily basis via email, and a private web forum where you can share your successes and challenges with others in your KickStart Crew.

  • Group Kick-Off Session on Saturday at 11am

  • Individual Program Momentum Meeting via Zoom

We run the program on a quarterly basis and the program fills up quickly, so register now to hold your spot. Once we get you enrolled, we will send you an email to schedule your Success Session, which is one-on-one via ZOOM - centered on you and your goals and designed to set you up for success in the program. You will also start receiving some emails from us to get you in the right frame of mind to be successful in the program. We are so excited to have the opportunity to work with you!


Schedule of events for the Spring 2024 KickStart Program

Success Session: Weeks of Weeks of May 6th & 13th

Once you register, we will send you a booking link to schedule your one-on-one session via ZOOM at a time that is convenient for you. The purpose of this meeting is to set you up for success in our program. In this session, we will to get to know you as an individual and understand what your specific goals are. In this meeting, we will help you mentally prepare for your success in this program and answer any questions so that you feel confident going into our Group Kick-Off session on Saturday.

Session Kick-Off: Saturday, May 18th

Gym Location: 275 Bath Rd, Brunswick Maine

You will receive an email shortly before the kickoff with additional information about our location and what to bring!

Workout Weeks: Week of May 19th through Week of June 9th

It’s off to the races! This is where the rubber meets the road. You are now officially enrolled in our Group Training Program. For 4 weeks, you will have the ability to register for any 3 of our Group Training Sessions at a date / time that is convenient for you. We have many sessions to choose from, 6 days a week, so you will be out of excuses when it comes to scheduling conflicts. Remember to take it easy and listen to your body the first few sessions. Your trainers are there to keep you safe and in perfect form. Be sure to listen your trainer, listen to your body, and have fun. Also – remember to be kind to your body – this is just the start, so ease into it!

Momentum Sessions: Week of June 9th. In this meeting, we will be able to reconnect to see how far you have come and personally congratulate you on your achievements. We also will take this time to talk about the next steps in continuing your health and fitness journey.
