As they say, the Early Bird gets the worm! This early morning session is open to 16 participants and fills up quickly. Expect a lot of fun energy and camaraderie in this session. Come with your smile and ready work hard, getting your day started off on the right foot!

Our Strength and conditioning sessions are the ultimate way to train inside of our facility. We are going to teach you all of the elements that you need to properly train for long term success.
In this session, we will balance strength training and full-body conditioning to leave you feeling highly challenged, and energized for the rest of your day.

Strength Training will help you build full body, coordinated strength. The kind of strength you need to WIN your day.
Conditioning will help you improve your full-body fitness level, increasing your capacity to do more and at the same time making your normal, everyday activities feel like a breeze.

In this training session you will learn proper progressions for your current fitness level, while we also coach you on the proper way to push yourself.

Rarely, is it about how many repetitions you can do or how much weight you 'should' be using. It's about finding the proper pace, balance, coordination, confidence, and understanding of what you are doing. Once you achieve these things, that is when we will coach you to really push your fitness to the next level.

All participants will be taken through a well-rounded dynamic warm-up to help you mentally and physically prepare for the workout ahead. Come prepared to work hard and have a lot of fun!

Some keys to our strength training program is to teach you proper footwork, how to maximize your core strength, and build and incredibly stable posture. With these fundamentals of strength we will layer in full body movements that will prime you for everyday life and any adventure you choose to do.

This session is for all levels and anyone looking to safely add serious overall strength. All participants will be taken through a well rounded dynamic warm-up in preparation of the strength movements. This session is a client favorite!!

It allows us to train in a safe and sustainable manner which will help with the longevity of our joints, tendons, and ligaments. Stick mobility can help us achieve better body mechanics when it comes to footwork, elevation, and range of motion. The stretches and strengthening movements performed allow us to utilize the entire body. ALL planes of motion will be incorporated in the session.

Building mobility AND strength simultaneously ultimately will help us with longevity and better balance our muscles and fascia lines up the entire kinetic chain. The Mobility Stick provides visual and kinesthetic feedback to clients and coaches to enhance body awareness and learning. ... Kinesthetic feedback creates awareness and activation of different muscles, fascial lines, and joint positions and improves body awareness.

Boxing is a great way to get in shape without even realizing it. Are you someone who does not necessarily enjoy exercise, but understands the importance of physical activity? Boxing is a face paced, flow state workout that will have you saying “is it over already?” and wanting more. Boxing is a great cardiovascular, strength, mobility, and mental fortitude workout. It also helps with hand eye coordination while also reducing stress. Because boxing is mostly metabolic conditioning it will improve body composition. Boxing also is one of the best things that you can do to help improve motor function and coordination. Making it a great exercise for anyone trying to improve their activities of daily living.

Friends & Family Bootcamp Free From $29 per visit with 2024 KickStart Program pass No purchase required to enroll

Our Friends & Family Bootcamp is a 50 minute training session that includes a thorough warm up and is appropriate for all levels. Our clients are welcome to invite their friends & family to join as a guest for this session. Kids are welcome as long as they are well behaved and able to follow instructions. This session will incorporate conditioning and strength exercises. Our trainer will meet each participant where they are and provide modifications where needed. Exercises used in this training session will be fairly simple ensuring that participants of all levels are able to get in a great workout and our trainers are able to thoroughly coach all movements.

We welcome members of our community to join us for this session as a free guest in order to learn more about what it's like to train at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness and to experience our coaching. Our group training sessions are truly personal training in a group setting and we look forward to welcoming members of our community for this fun and energetic Saturday session.

OPEN PRIVATE is an opportunity for you to schedule 1:1 time with a trainer of your choice.

You must enroll for OPEN PRIVATE Sessions at least 24 hours in advance so that the trainer has time to plan for you. Cancellations must also be made 24 hours in advance of the session time.

This training option is a great way to dial in on elements of your training program where you want additional support or guidance. The trainer will customize a training session that creates focus around specific movements or physical goals that you want to take to the next level.
Your trainer will reach out to you prior to your scheduled session. Be sure to communicate with your trainer in advance of your session so that they can help you maximize your training potential during this 1:1 training session.
